This Professional series of MAC knives was always going to make it to Ogg Sharpening. These MAC knives have been made in Japan for over 50 years. It is a nice change to have this finer shaped handle on the PKF-50 to hold making it easier to do the more intricate tasks with the tip using the forefinger over the top. The bolster along with the resin pakkawood handle attached to this 60 Rockwell C blade gives this knife some real tikka. Our edge on this blade is incredible and just makes you want to play with the food in prep times. Just precision to look at, balanced to hold and cuts on another level.
